These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Loreinz webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Loreinz is based in Denmark, and all orders are governed by Danish law.

3. Products & Orders

We sell clothing items designed and distributed by Loreinz.

Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Minor variations may occur.
A binding contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices, Payment & Shipping

All product prices are listed in DKK and include VAT.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and are clearly displayed before payment.

Payment is available through the methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is charged once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Sale Items & Pre-Orders

Sale items carry the same 14-day right of withdrawal as regular items.

Pre-Order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and may vary.
The right of withdrawal for Pre-Order items begins once the item is delivered.

7. Warranty & Liability

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages related to essential contractual obligations.

8. Privacy, Cookies & Governing Law
