Right of Withdrawal & Returns – Loreinz
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Loreinz, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order – To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return the item(s) within this period.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please follow this link to make a return.
Through the return portal, you can:
- Register your return quickly and easily
- Choose between refund or exchange
- Receive return instructions
If you select an Exchange, a replacement item will be shipped once your return is approved.
If you select a Refund, it will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s) – Refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear after processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The original standard shipping cost will be refunded.

- Return items within 14 days after registering your return
- Ensure items are securely packed before shipping
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Be unused, unwashed and have all tags attached
- Be in their original condition and returned in the original packaging
Returned items should be handled with care. Customers are liable only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product - Items returned damaged or excessively worn may incur a minimum deduction of €15 from the refund.
